The Gelmi Group welcomes Gemma Duthie and Ibrahim Khalil Said Al Azki as STEM Research Placement students for the summer of 2022. Gemma will be working on our research involving the electrical stimulation of human stem cells, and Ibrahim will be working with our collaborators in the Centre for Nanoscale BioPhotonics (Dr Philipp Reineck and Dr Amanda Abraham), investigating fluorescent nanodiamond uptake in human stem cells.
